Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 2-3 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?


As soon as you place your order, an "Order Success" message will appear on your screen, and a confirmation message/email will be sent to your provided phone number or email address.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. However, minor delays may occur due to extreme weather, unexpected local conditions, or public holidays.

Can I open and check the parcel before making the payment?

According to courier company policies, payment must be made before opening the parcel. If you face any issues after opening it, you can easily utilize our Return & Exchange policy to resolve it.
