Refund & Return Policy

At Glofer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
